The place is very pricey and usually has a older crowd. Has that 60's decor going on, was good but definitely not high end dining as they make it to be.

Really great service and a nice atmosphere. They have one of the most exciting menus in huntington for a more upscale meal.

I have a mixed review. The first time we ate there was a few weeks ago on a Saturday night. It was AMAZING! Everything was perfect. The shrimp were cooked beautifully, the steaks were prepared and cooked to perfection. Heck, this was the first time I have EVER liked Brussels sprouts!! It was quite pricey, but it was worth every penny!!So, we decided to go back for my birthday. We were terribly disappointed. The shrimp were over cooked and like rubber. We ordered our steaks medium and they were raw! Not just rare. I tried mine and the center was still cold. We sent them back. When they returned my husbands was crunchy on one side and way over cooked. Mine looked ok in the middle (medium well), but it tasted like charcoal. Our server told us he would get the manager. He didn’t. He brought us out bill. He had taken my husbands dinner off the bill and that was it. We paid over $80 to eat side dishes. So, I guess it depends on the day.

Really good food but it was a bad smell in the back of where we were sited. Reminds me of combustion of a bad old car motor

The food was excellent. The decor is extremely 70s and dimly lit. Very expensive as well- my steak was $45. The kind of place you take your rich grandma.

My husband and I went to the 21 tonight and both of us enjoyed our meals. We got great service as well. I savored my non meat, non dairy pasta dish that the chef created for me, it was truly fresh and delicious! We will return often!

One of the best places I've ever eaten at. The food was excellent. The young lady that was our server was a fantastic. Made experance even better. And for price very reasonable for what you get.

Love the atmosphere and the food is delightful. We have been there twice in the last month. You may pay a little more, but it's so worth it and you get a lot of attention from your servers.

Always a great experience dining here. The atmosphere is unbelievable; everyone that works there is inviting and knowledgeable about the food and wine; and the food is always top notch. I have eaten steaks from many places in many cities, yet my favorite steak is at 21. That is the Ancho Strip, if you have not tried it yet. The steaks are always prepared to my request (Blue), and that consistency is hard to achieve. Make sure to give his place a try and you will likely become a regular.

Of our 6 entrees, three were not prepared as requested. Service was slow, waiter never checked on us. After we ate our salads, our entrees did not arrive until over an hour later. Very disappointing.

I went to my 50th CLASS REUNION from CEREDO~KENOVA HIGH SCHOOL❤Our dining room was lovely & the food was buffet style with a Chef to slice the Prime Rib. But there were plenty of options for meat, salad, veggies & drinks. If you wanted alcohol, it was pay as you go & was well staffed. We others had our ice tea, hot tea, ice water or coffee available the whole time. We had a wonderful turnout & plenty of dance floor & just so well organized for our group. The service was wonderful & brot dessert to our tables. The food was ALL DELICIOUS & we had a great time. I would definitely recommend you plan your event here❤❤❤❤❤.

Love it! One of our favourite places my husband and I go to for date night. Cozy, romantic, and great food. I love the salmon and risotto, their cheesecake is out of this world.

As far as finer dining in Huntington goes, 21 is my favorite. The ambiance is unlike anywhere else in the state. Their signature dishes are consistently done perfectly and prices are very reasonable for them. My favorite is the ribeye (ask for the ancho rub) and the 21 roasted potatoes are amazing.

New year's eve was a blast. Incredible food, live music, great atmosphere.

Great food good service

Our experience was absolutely horrible. Our dinner order wasnt taken for over an hour, and then once it was taken the food took another hour to arrive. After the waiter saying our drinks and appetizers would be complimentary, someone came out and told us they would not be free and tried to tell us that our wait time was close to the normal time. He was vert unfriendly and confrontational in his demeanor.

Casey and the whole staff made you feel at home. Blue Cheese was awesome trust anything you pick. You cant go wrong .

One of the nicer restaurants in town and the price reflects that. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Ambiance is cozy.I had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. Serving size of garlic mashed potatoes side was very generous.

Very dark. Very leather and wood. Very old school steakhouse. Ron Swanson would eat here. Steaks were perfectly to temperature. Pork chop was tasty and not dry. Servers were witty yet professional.

I had a great time at 21. I had tried to go once before and got aggravated because we waited what I thought was too long to be seated. I'm really glad this time that was not the case. The server was great. The food was really good! The drinks were good, too. I loved having Mike at the piano. It really is much nicer than any recorded music you could have.

As always consistently good food and service. Have eaten in wonderful places and rate 21 as one of my favorite. Amazed it survives in Huntington.

I just left from here eating for my birthday and the service and food was amazing... our waiter Kyle B was awesome... he took very good care of us... and the food was delicious... I had the scallops and my boo had the lamb chops... I SAY DELICIOUS... I'll be back to visit

Excellent table service and knowledgeable staff. Dressy atmosphere, but casual is welcome. Very eclectic decor, with and old lounge feel. White table cloth tables and a cool bar. Food was amazing. Everything was fresh and served to perfection. Steak was Cooked perfect, medium rare right to the edge where it was seared. Nice fresh vegetables and great risotto with locally sourced ingredients.

We are from North Carolina and this place was recommended to us to try. The food was delicious. I ordered the Seared Scallops and they were perfect. I have had Scallops elsewhere but nothing like these. I would highly recommend them. So flavorful. Our waiter Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable and served us with a smile. If ever in Huntington, WV and you are looking for a classy restaurant this is the place. We will be back for more.

Waited nearly 15 minutes to be seated, but was never greeted by a host/hostess, and there was no one else waiting. I would to have had the opportunity to try the food, but the lack of service prevented it.
